Stratton Mountain Penthouse Condo
At Stratton Mountain Vermont, there are a number of slopeside ski-in condos. You just park your car once, walk to the Village and enjoy your winter vacation. There are two Mountain Watch Buildings and two Village Watch buildings just to the left of the Stratton Village on the Villager Slope.
On the top floors of the Stratton Mountain Watch and Village Watch condominiums, are three and four bedroom Penthouse condos. They have one of the best locations at Stratton. Sixteen of these units face the slopes. Eight are end units. Only one currently is available for rent. (We are trying to acquire another penthouse condo for weekend rental.) The main floor of a Mountain Watch "M" end unit is diagrammed below. All living is in one area. The bedrooms are large and each has a king size bed. For views of the bedrooms or for rates and availability, please click on the links above. These units are slightly under 2,000 square feet.

| The Primary Living Area On the main floor of the Mountain Watch Penthouse is the living and dining area with a wood burning fireplace and a kitchen. There is also a small utility room with a washer/dryer combination. The deck has a BBQ (for the adventurous) and holiday views of the Stratton fireworks. There are two bedrooms on the main floor: the Master Bedroom and the Second (Lock-Out) Bedroom.
