Intervale Townhomes

The Intervale Condos are the first major complex on the right as you go up the Stratton Mountain Access Road.  This private community is situated in a beauriful wooded mountain location.  Intervale has its own website that further describes this complex. 

These are spacious townhomes that have varied floor plans and are generally clustered with two attached.  They have plenty of room, covered parking for one car,and  wood burning fireplaces.  They are on a scheduled weekend and holiday shuttle route to the Stratton Mountain slopes, three miles up the access road.

Shown below are several pictures of different Intervale condos.  You enter the condos on the main floor, which is your primary living area, kitchen dining area and large woodburning fireplace.

• The three bedroom townhouses have a bedroom on the main floor and two bedrooms plus a loft on the upper floor.
• The larger four and five bedroom condos are three flooor townhouses are built on a slope.  Their main living area is on the middle level.  Upstairs are two bedrooms plus a loft.  On the ground level is a den below with a fireplace and one or two additional bedrooms.  Intervales can easily handle a group of 6 to 10 people.

Four and Five Bedroom Intervale Townhomes

The four and five bedroom Intervales are built on three levels.  The middle level (where you enter the unit) generaly has the main living area, dining area, kitchen, and one bedroom.  Upstairs are two bedrooms and a loft.  Downstairs on the ground level is a den often with a second fireplace, and one or two bedrooms, plus a laundry room.

Three Bedroom Intervales

The three bedroom Intervales are spacious units with beautiful mountain views and a private setting at Stratton Mountain.  Generally two of these townhomes are built in a cluster.
