Piper Ridge Townhomes K Style Unit

Overview
The large Piper Ridge townhomes are often requested by families having a skiing family reunion or large groups. There are a variety of configurations, and one of our largest we call a "K" style unit. It is over 2600 sq. ft and can handle a group of 8 to 10 people easily.
Two townhomes are built in a cluster. What you see in the pictures above and to the right are two townhomes.
The large 4 bedroom Piper Ridge units rent for $1,200 per night on holidays and weekends. There is a 25% discount when weekdays are attached to a holiday. To all rentals there is a 15% tax and service added and exit cleaning and linen fee of approximately $300. To a typical four night stay, including a weekend will cost $2,400 for the two weekend nights and $1,800 for the weekday nights or a total of $4,200 plus $630 plus $300 or $5,130. On weekends and holidays, Piper Ridge has a private shuttle that stops in front of the condos and goes directly to Stratton Mountain. Because of ther large size, spacious interiors, large bedrooms and private woodland setting with some best views of Stratton Mountain, it is one of our favorite complexes.
