SnowBridge, the finest townhomes at Stratton
The SnowBridge units are our favorite. When you look back at your life, there are some "stupid" things that you did. Ours was to "not buy a SnowBridge". We were right in the Stratton Real Estate office, when Connie Stewart received the call that the units could now be sold, and she gave us first choice. First choice of the best unit right on the Wanderer Trail. But I thought, maybe it is out of our price range. My wife thought, maybe it has too many steps. What a mistake. We are reminded of it every time we visit a friend at SnowBridge.
Snowbridge was the first large Intrawest townhome development at Stratton Mountain, constructed in 1998 and 1999. There are only 36 homes in this ski in location. You can get to them from Lower Wanderer, Old Log Road and Ethan Alley. They are about 2,000 to 2,200 sq. ft., but appear much larger.

Snowbridge (the "Bridges")
These beautiful townhomes all have four bedrooms (or 3 plus a loft), lots of baths (up to 3 1/2), an open living area with a large fireplace and stone chimneys. (A few units have gas fireplace conversions.) One Snow Bridge condo even has a painted bull on the deck (from the streets of Manhattan) watching out over the trail.
We have only one offered for rent 8 nights for the Christmas / New Year holiday at $16,000. Each additional night is $2,000 per night. This is the ultimate is Stratton Mountain luxury ski lodging.
