| Springfield Vermont is a historic town east of Londonderry
We often pass through Springfield on our way up North on 91. Only recently have we discovered the many facets of this old manufacturing town. To visit Springfield directly, go to it's Chamber of Commerce web site.
And recently when a friend had a major accident, and could not make it all the way to the Dartmouth center in New Hampshire, he had excellent care at the Springfield Hospital. While quite a trip, about 1/2 hour in good weather from Stratton, it is worth your time to visit the oldest school house in Vermont during the summer months.
