Stratton Springs
The Stratton Springs units are one of the nicest townhomes developments at Stratton. They were built around 2001. We watched the construction and it was done to the highest standards with beautiful brick fireplaces, plywood walls and excellent detailing.
They are two, three or four bedroom units. They are built on multiple levels. Generally the living room is on the lowest level and a few steps above is the dining area and kitchen, overlooking the living area.
They are in a great location. Especially if you enjoy Stratton year round. Summertime they are a quick walk to the sports center, the tennis courts, and the Stratton Village.
They have wood burning fireplaces. Each has a private garage. Few, Stratton Springs units, if any, are available for short term rental. They would probably rent in the $600 to $1,400 per night range.

Stratton Springs Has a Great Location
If you come to Stratton in the summer, fall and winter, Stratton Springs has a perfect location.

They are close to the Village, but in a small private complex, as shown on the diagram.

They are a short walk, just a parking lot away from the Sports Center.

In the summer and fall, they are right on the access road. The Stratton Village is a 10 minute stroll.

A winter shuttle comes right to the Stratton Springs townhomes.

Sometimes, if you can follow the trail to the lower Tamarack, and can cut down the hill, you can ski / walk back to your Stratton Springs unit.
